ABOUT KELLY & appearance schedule
A former Mrs. Galveston County and 1st Runner Up at Mrs. Texas,
Kelly Williams has been singing and performing since the age of 6. At the
age of 21, she was offered the chance to record in Nashville and go on
tour, but opted to stay in college.
Kelly has been singing professionally and for over 20 years, and for the
past 5 years has been performing at different venues around the Houston
and Bay Area. She has performed the National Anthem over 100 times at
many charity, political, college and professional sporting events all over
Texas. Kelly currently teaches voice lessons and works with students
ranging from 6 on up.
From 2001-2012, she served on the Kemah City Council, and was Mayor
Pro-Tem from 2004-2006. For 3 years, Kelly produced and hosted her own
WEB TV Shows on Bay Area Houston Magazine TV and YourTownTV.com.
Since 2000, she has appeared in numerous TV commercials and Print Ads,
and was the official Spokesperson for the Bay Area Houston Convention &
Visitor Bureau Road Trippin' Segment for KEYE TV (Austin). You can watch Kelly every week Live on Facebook on

Kelly was named one of the "Legends of the Bay" in 2018, and was Voted BAY AREA'S "BEST FEMALE VOCALIST" in
2018 & 2019 in Bay Area Houston Magazine.
Kelly is the Owner and Director of the MISS LEAGUE CITY USA Pageant and MISS KEMAH USA Pageant and is an Official Recruiter to the MISS TEXAS USA® and MISS TEXAS TEEN USA® Pageant.
